Study in Canada can be not only the start of an exciting and enriching educational experience, but also the launching pad to building your life in Canada.
After completion of a post-secondary program, graduates can apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), which may last for up to three years. If the official length of your program of study is two years or more, you may be granted a work permit for the period of three years. Work obtained through the PGWP Program may help support your application to become a permanent resident of Canada.
You may apply to Niagara College’s program if you meet the college’s admission and English proficiency requirements. Please note that some programs are highly competitive and may not be available to international applicants. Canadian colleges give priority to permanent residents of Ontario and Canada when accepting applicants to their programs. You can find out which programs have seats available for international applicants by contacting one of our academic advising experts.
